A fabulous, bespoke treatment tailored to meet the needs of your child. Oxytocin is released when we experience touch. This is beneficial for all, but particularly so in children. It helps to lower cortisol, reducing levels of anxiety and stress. These treatments allow your child to be present in the moment, without the many distractions they encounter in daily life. They’ll learn about the positive effects self-care can have on the mind and body and how touch plays a big part in this. I’m able to focus on both the hands and the feet. My approach is always a holistic one, it’s important I’m flexible and adaptable, as this ensures the greatest impact.

A treatment that focuses on specific areas of the feet to help aid relaxation and sleep, improve mood and wellbeing and release tension. This treatment has been designed to have the most beneficial impact on those who are suffering from the symptoms of Menopause.

RLD is an awarding-winning reflexology technique that focuses on stimulation of the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. Lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) is used to treat lymphoedema as well as other conditions listed below, and RLD may be used similarly.

A bespoke treatment combining the wonderful benefits of Reflexology and Reiki, ensuring you leave the studio in a totally blissful state.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. It is the life energy that flows through all living things.

 

A Reiki session can;

Ease tension & stress
Support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels - physical, mental and emotional.

 

Reiki is used in hospitals and hospices as it has no contraindications, it is perfectly safe, making it accessible to everyone!
A light, non evasive touch, hands maybe placed or held above certain areas of the body. Reiki is given over clothing, the only area exposed will be the feet ready for your bespoke reflexology. Finishing with reflexology will help ground and balance you even further.

Aromareflex combines the power of essential oils and Reflexology together. You will receive a full reflexology treatment that suits your requirements. To enhance the benefit of this treatment, you will have a blend of oils chosen just for you. It is an extremely relaxing and nurturing experience.

Aromareflex uses a carefully selected range of oils that are safe to use but also extremely beneficial. You will have your own blend applied throughout your treatment and small pot of this blend to go home with.

You never need a ‘reason’ for reflexology, sometimes you just want to treat yourself! For this treatment I focus on balance.

 

All the reflex points on the feet are worked during the session, essentially covering the whole body. Leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, nurtured and ready for what the rest of the day brings you!

In this session you will be taught a bespoke set of techniques to suit the needs of your baby. You will then receive a 20 minute postnatal reflexology treatment.

 

This package lasts between 50 -75 minutes. I work holistically to meet the needs of both yourself and your baby, so timings are flexible. This package can be given at the Reflexology Hub in Berkhamsted or (if you’re local), in the comfort of your own home.

One to one course: £150.00

 

This can also be run as a two to one course and the cost split. Times and dates to discussed and agreed on booking.

 

This course can take place at the reflexology hub or in the comfort of your own home if you’re in the local area.

You may require additional sessions at further cost.

This is a wonderful course. Jam-packed with gorgeous hand reflexology techniques for you to learn to use on your toddler. Wonderfully calming, great for bonding, soothing and particularly helpful at bedtime.

As a qualified reflexologist I can tailor the techniques, should your child have specific needs that you would like me to focus on. I mainly focus on the hands but extra points on the feet can be added if needed.
